SOLDIER SENDOFF: Honduras Assignment

The Iowa National Guard is inviting the community to attend a sendoff ceremony for 40 soldiers this weekend.

The members of the 186th Military Police Company will be going to Honduras on a peace keeping mission. The soldiers have already served two tours of duty in Iraq.

Their sendoff ceremony is this Sunday at Camp Dodge in Johnston and starts at 1:00 p.m.

The public is encouraged to attend.
