ROUND TWO: Jury Still Hung

For a second time, a Madison County jury has failed to return a verdict in a lawsuit against the county and Sheriff Craig Busch.

A former sheriff’s employee Kathryn Frank says she was fired by Busch, as retaliation for a sexual harassment complaint she made against him when he was a deputy.  

The case went to the jury again this week, and for the second time the jury came back hung.

Frank is seeking unspecified damages.
