BUSINESS CLOSINGS: List Is Growing

As well as some happy children this morning, many workers will have a chance to make the most of the snow… at home.

The list of business closings Thursday morning is continually growing. Check here for the latest.

Dart has suspended its routes for only the third time in 20 years. They hope to operate a limited service around 11.45 a.m.  

Some large companies have already closed proceedings for the day.

These include:

Kum & Go Corporate Headquarters (closed until noon. All Kum & Go stores open)

The Weitz Company

Nationwide Insurance, Downtown

Wellmark Des Moines and Cedar Rapids

Wells Fargo (all retail and business until noon)
