COLD CHRISTMAS: Bundle Up Outside Today

Wind Chill Advisory for far northwest Iowa. Lyon, Osceola, and Dickinson County under advisory until noon.  Wind chills could be in the -15 to -30 range. Another cold one today single digits across northern Iowa.  Cold again tonight.  A little warmer on Wednesday. There could be a severe weather outbreak across southern states today.
