DRAMATIC VIDEO: High Speed Chase

Police have released new video of Thursday’s high speed chase in Ankeny.

Officers went after 21-year-old Devan Parsons after they say he tried to rob the Medicap pharmacy in Altoona.

He led police on a high speed chase, damaging two police cars in the process.

Parsons eventually stopped when he ran a red light and was hit by a pick-up truck.
