It’s been 5 weeks since Iowa State last took to the field in a loss to West Virginia but the wait is almost over for Cyclone fans.

Paul Rhoads says the long wait has been well worth it, “between games sometimes it’s hard  and you’re not going to come up sharp but you need the time to rest up and I think we took advantage of that.”

The Liberty Bowl kicks off at 2:30 p.m. on Monday.
