HEAD-ON CRASH: One Killed, Two Injured

An eastern Iowa woman is dead following a head-on crash in Johnson County Sunday.

A crash report from the Iowa State Patrol says 18-year-old Angela Harrison was driving a vehicle headed eastbound on Highway 22 when she drifted into oncoming traffic and hit another vehicle head-on. She was pronounced dead on the scene.

The driver and passenger in the other car were taken to an Iowa City hospital with what appeared to be non life-threatening injuries.

The investigation into the accident continues.
