FATAL CRASH: One Killed, Four Injured

The Iowa State Patrol says one person was killed in an accident at the east mixmaster Wednesday.

The accident happened around 3:00 p.m. The ISP says the driver lost control on a ramp, slid off and rolled several time.

Five people were in the vehicle. One person died, the other four were taken to the hospital but are expected to survive.

The name of the person that died hasn’t been released yet.

The ISP says it appears speed played a factor in the crash.
