NEW RECRUITS: Des Moines To Swear In Officers

The Des Moines Police Department is welcoming 21 new officers to the force this week.

The men and women are the 71st recruit class of the Des Moines Regional Police Academy.

Members will receive their badges on Friday morning at Hy-Vee Hall.
