SUSPECT SOUGHT: Infant Seriously Injured

The Ottumwa Police Department is asking for the public’s help to locate a man who allegedly caused serious injury to an infant.

Police are looking for 25-year-old Michael Geoffrey Blair of Swisher. He is charged with multiple acts of child endangerment.

Ottumwa police were called to the Ottumwa Regional Health Center on December 7th, 2012 on a report of serious injuries to a female two-month-old. She suffered a skull fracture. Blair is accused of causing the injuries.

Blair is a white male, six-foot-one, and 150 pounds. He has blue eyes.

Police say he has ties to Ottumwa and is also known to frequent Cedar Rapids.
