Iowa DNR officials say a goose that’s apparently been shot by an arrow is causing a commotion in West Des Moines.

Officials started getting calls about the Canada goose last week. It’s been spotted near the 5700 and 6100 blocks of Westtown Parkway.

DNR officials went out to look for it again Thursday afternoon but had no luck.

Authorities say if they catch the goose, they already have a person who’s willing to rehabilitate it.
