GIRLS BASKETBALL: Ankeny vs Waukee

After beating top ranked Mason City the Ankeny Hawkettes are the new #1 in class 5A.

Friday that ranking was put to the test at Waukee.

The Warriors kept the Hawkettes on their toes, but Ankeny survived, 51-48 over Waukee.
