MENS BASKETBALL: Iowa vs Wisconsin

The last time Iowa beat Wisconsin 3 straight times, Chris Street was a starting forward.  20 years after Street’s death, the Hawks had a chance to repeat that streak on a night #40 was honored. 

The Badgers are the only undefeated team left in the conference. 

Street’s jersey #40 was on the bench all night.

Hawks come out on fire with Mike Gesell all the way to the rack with 11 for the freshman.

Hawks led 34-18 at the break.

Wisconsin makes it close but Iowa hangs on 70-66 with help from the 17 from Aaron White.
