ARREST MADE: Woman’s License Suspended 27 Times

Fayette County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a woman over the weekend after learning her license was suspended 27 times.

Deputies say 29-year-old Amal Al-Yassiri drove to the Fayette County Jail on Saturday to visit an inmate. While she was there, authorities found out her Iowa driver’s license had been suspended more than two dozen times.

She was arrested and charged with 27 counts of driving with a suspended license.
