The temperatures tonight will be colder than the lows over the last couple years. It will be -4 by tomorrow morning. The wind will continue to gust over 20 mph. That will mean wind chills will make you feel as cold as -15 to -30.
This wind chill level can damage skin within 10 to 15 minutes. Keep covered and make sure you have plenty of gasoline in your car, a cell phone, blankets, extra winter gear like coats, gloves and hats in your vehicle.
Blowing snow will also reduce visibilities through the evening and early morning hours.
Warmer temperatures are on the way by the weekend.
