BRR RIDE: Cyclists Brr-aced For Cold

A latest look at the forecast says we’re in for a frigid weekend having had wind chills as low as -30 midweek but that won’t stop some.

Saturday is the 36^th annual 24 mile Brr Ride which is a round trip cycle from Perry to Rippey and back.

The name is especially fitting this year with the organizers saying that the event goes on regardless of the weather.

This year’s theme is a Groundhog Day edition.

Riders can start the day with breakfast at the Hotel Pattee at 7 a.m. with the ride starting at 10 a.m.
