DEADLY FIRE: Victim’s Name Released

The name of the woman who was killed in an Oskaloosa house fire Thursday morning has been released.

Officials say 42-year-old Katherine Edgington did not make it out of the burning home at 401 North A Street Thursday morning.

Her mother, Helen Edgington, managed to escape.

The home is a total loss.

Fire investigators are still trying to determine the cause of the fire.
