The Iowa Hawkeyes are running out of chances.

Iowa's NCAA bubble may be bursting sooner rather than later. For the 4th time in Big 10 play, Iowa crumbles in the final minutes.

On the road Sunday at Minnesota.

After battling back from 12 down in the 1st period, Hawks take their first lead of the game in the 2nd as Adam Woodbury goes inside making it 32-31.

Later, Mike Gesell, the freshman buries the 3. 11 for Gesell, Iowa up 40-39.

With just over 2 to play, Eric May, the lone senior, with the huge bucket and 1!  Hawks up 4 at 59-55.

But like previous games the Hawks fold in the final minutes. Austin Hollins, the bomb with 11 seconds left, Gophers lead 60-59.

4 seconds left, Gesell, for the tie...no.  Minnesota scores the final 7 points.  Another close loss for Iowa, 62-59.
