PILL PROBLEMS: New Trial Date Set For Pharmacy

After several delays the Iowa Board of Pharmacy has set a new hearing date for a Des Moines pharmacy and its owner.

Bauder’s Pharmacy and owner Mark Graziano are accused of losing track of nearly 741,000 hydrocodone pills between 2008 and 2012.

An audit in May of 2012 found the discrepancies in pill count, and the hearing has been delayed several times since then.

The latest trial date is set for February 26.
