Early Wednesday morning, members of the M.I.N.E. task force and Newton police served an outstanding arrest warrant on a man staying at the Mid-Iowa Motel.
Members of the task force went into the motel and found 25-year-old Timothy Jacobs, a meth lab and some drug paraphernalia.
