TAX EVASION: Man Charged

A Norwalk man is facing four charges of tax evasion.

The Iowa Department of Revenue says Jeffrey Albright failed to pay more than $10,000 in income taxes for three tax seasons between 2005 and 2007.

He also faces one count of fraudulent practice, a first degree felony.

Albright is due in court next Friday.
