FARM FIRE: Fifty Firefighters Put Out Flames

Generic Fire

A fire in Hardin County required six nearby fire departments to put out the flames in a farm equipment storage building Saturday.

More than fifty firefighters helped to put out a fire south of New Providence.

No one got hurt but the farm lost a tractor, semi-truck tractor and a bobcat.

The New Providence fire chief believes a heater in the back of the storage building may be the cause.
