Iowa State’s NCAA tournament chances are getting brighter by the week.

Cyclones are 6 and 3 in the Big 12 and could have very well been 9 and 0.

It was another resume building chance Saturday at #13 Kansas State.

After falling behind by 9 early, ISU rallied with Chris Babb, from somewhere near Topeka, in deep! 9 for Babb. Clones trail by 1 at the half.

In the 2nd, Tyrus McGee takes over adding 15 all of which came in the 2nd and we're tied at 50.

Then its Melvin Ejim, Mr. Double double just getting violent with the rim.

But Kansas State pulls away with help from Rodney McGruder drops 22 with ISU committing 20 turnovers.

Wildcats win it 79-70.  Cyclones are now in a 3-way tie for 4th in the Big 12.
