BODY FOUND: Man Pulled From Mississippi River

Emergency crews in Davenport pulled a body out of the Mississippi River Tuesday morning.

Police say they got a call around 8:15 a.m. near Lindsay Park on a body floating in the river. Officers spent about a half an hour trying to get to the body.

Davenport police say body was that of a 40 to 50-year-old man.

They do not believe his death was a result of foul play.
