AFTERNOON CRASH: Minivan Loses Control

A crash shut down Interstate-35 near Ankeny Wednesday afternoon.

Just after 2 p.m. the Iowa State Patrol says a woman lost control of her minivan, crossed three lanes of traffic, and crashed into a barrier.

She and a passenger were taken to the hospital. They are expected to make a full recovery. .
