HEALTH CARE: Branstad To Work With Sebelius

Governor Branstad will head to Washington D.C. to discuss changes to Iowa’s health care system.

The Governor has a meeting with U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius. They will discuss changes to Iowa policies required by the Affordable Care Act.

Much of that legislation will take effect next year.

The Governor says he and the Secretary will discuss several different options for Iowa.
