I’m not sure why, but I have been STARVING all day.
If you’re a regular reader of the blog, or you know me and my husband, you know that Michael is a great cook. When it’s warm outside, you can find him slaving over the smoker making some killer barbecue. Lucky for me (and many of our friends) he recently stumbled upon a recipe that results in some pretty amazing pulled pork without tons of prep and no babysitting. It got rave reviews at the Super Bowl party we took it to, and might be the easiest recipe in the world! If you don’t want to buy Hawaiian Sea Salt, we made this last weekend at Sonya’s house and used regular sea salt. The flavor was less intense, but still delicious!
