STORM READY: DART Says Prepare For Delays

Folks who depend on the bus to get around the Des Moines metro are advised to prepare for delays Thursday and Friday.

The Des Moines Area Regional Transit Authority is already warning riders that the winter storm will cause poor road conditions to delay their regular schedule.

If you depend on the bus, remember to dress warmly and wait for the bus is a safe visible area.

DART says they will only cancel service in the most extreme conditions.
