FLOOD OUTLOOK: Below Normal Levels

This time every year we start watching the flood outlook, no surprise this year we’re not so worried.

The National Weather Service expects the drought to last until at least May.

The risk of flooding from late winter to early spring is below normal at all locations.

That is in part because of the dry conditions at the start of the winter, and having less snow than we get in a normal year.
