Testimony resumed Monday in the first degree murder trial of Seth Techel.

Techel is being tried in Wapello County for the murder of his pregnant wife last May.

Lisa Techel was found shot to death in her bed at her home in Agency.

Prosecutors say Techel was having an affair with another woman and claim that was his motive to kill.

Monday morning, the state called a Division of Criminal Investigation agent who said Techel had two phones. He kept one inside his house and the other in his truck to call his girlfriend.

We’ll have more on the first full day of testimony during the Channel 13 News at Five and Six.
