COURT CASE: Techel Murder Hearing Continues

This week the state will resume presenting its case against a Wapello County man accused of killing his pregnant wife.

Prosecutors say Seth Techel killed his wife Lisa at their agency home last year.  The state alleges Techel was having an affair and killed his wife to avoid paying child support.

On Friday, jurors watched the taped investigative interviews with Techel on the day of the murder.

Testimony and closing arguments could last into next week.
