DAILY FLIGHT: Southwest Offers Las Vegas Service

Starting in September, the Des Moines International Airport will offer daily flights to Las Vegas.

Southwest Airlines announced Monday that the first flight from Las Vegas will arrive in Des Moines on September 29th. That’s almost a year after the airline arrived at the Des Moines International Airport.

Allegiant Airlines also offers direct service to Las Vegas, but not daily.

Southwest’s website says tickets will start at $125 one-way.
