TEEN ARRESTED: Charged In Shooting
A Marshalltown teenager is facing two felony charges for a November shooting incident.
Investigators say the 17-year old boy fired at a moving vehicle near Hubbard last fall.
When authorities were called to the scene, the boy allegedly pointed the gun at an officer, who then shot the teen.
The boy is now out of the hospital and in custody. He was arrested Tuesday and charged with intimidation with a dangerous weapon and one count of assault.
