DAYLIGHT SAVING: Clocks Go Forward
Before you go to bed Saturday evening make sure you spring your clocks forward.
Daylight saving time starts this Sunday at 2 a.m., and while we will get one less hour of sleep, we will gain one more hour of evening sunlight in the upcoming months.
Fire officials remind us that this is a good opportunity to check your detectors.
They recommend you change the batteries in the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Then, test the alarm to make sure it works.
