An Iowa legislator is thinking about moving to Washington. Bruce Braley holds that seat now but has already announced he will run for the senate next year instead.

Sodders is a Marshall Country Sheriff’s Deputy and is in his second term in the state senate. Former House Speaker Pat Murphy has already announced he will run for the congressional seat, as well.

Cedar Rapids businessman Steve Rathje has confirmed his interest on the Republican side.
