THIEF WANTED: Police Offer Reward For Suspect

West Des Moines Police are offering a reward for information about a Sunday night robbery.

According to reports a male suspect walked into the Family Video at 1710 Grand Avenue around 10:30 p.m. and demanded money from the store clerk. They were given an undisclosed amount of cash and left the store.

The suspect is described as a male wearing a green coat with an orange scarf and sunglasses, armed with a knife.

Anyone with information is encouraged to call Polk County Crime Stoppers at 223-1400. There is $1,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest.
