Family and friends are gathering Monday night to remember a father and son killed in a grain bin accident last week.

Forty-nine-year-old Rick Schneider and 26-year-old Adam Schneider died Thursday in Waverly. Emergency responders found the pair inside a bin with between eight and ten feet of grain.

The pair worked for Schneider’s Milling, a company owned by Rick’s father and Adam’s grandfather.

A visitation is being held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home in Waverly.

Funeral services are at 10:30 Tuesday morning at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.
