Monday marks the two year anniversary of the unsolved murder of a West Des Moines Realtor.

Authorities believe someone fatally shot Ashley Okland April 8th, 2011 while she was working at a model townhome on Stone Creek Court.

Detectives say they followed up on more than 750 leads and interviewed nearly four hundred people in the search for Okland’s killer.

Police say someone, somewhere knows something.

As the two year anniversary approaches, they’re pleading with the public to help them.

“It’s important for the public to keep this case going, it’s also important for the person who killed Ashley Okland to know we’re still here, we’re not going anywhere and will continue to investigate the case until we find the person responsible,” said Lt. Jim Barrett with the West Des Moines Police Department.

There is a $150,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of Okland’s killer.

Anyone with any information is asked to call Polk County Crime Stoppers at 223-1400.
