A 52-year-old disabled Centerville grandfather will remain behind bars on terrorism charges pending a psychological evaluation.

Brian Davis is accused of saying he could walk into any school in town and start shooting kids while talking with his physical therapist about what he considers lax security at his granddaughter's school.

He was arrested last week and is being held in the Appanoose County Jail.

Wednesday, a judge ordered a psychological evaluation and the results of that evaluation will determine how the county proceeds with prosecution.
