Peanut Butter Cup Protein Shake
This makes a perfectly balanced meal replacement, with the ideal proportions of carbs, fat, and protein.
* 6 ounces of skim chocolate milk
* 40 grams of chocolate whey protein (about 8 heaped tablespoons)
* 2 heaped tablespoons of peanut butter (preferably, the natural kind without any salt or sugar added)
* 12 oz of of crushed ice
Pour all the above ingredients into a blender jar in the order listed and blend until the desired consistency is reached. To make the Peanut Butter and Jelly variation, also add a couple of large scoops of berries such as strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries.
