A little league baseball complex in Story County is getting some major league support.

The town of Roland is building a youth sports complex with two baseball and softball diamonds, a soccer field and playground.

Britson Park and Athletic Complex will cost the city $148,000 to build and two major league teams are helping them get there.

The Kansas City Royals donated $5,000 this week. Last fall, the Minnesota Twins donated $10,000.

The fields are almost done. The first game at the new field will be on June 12th.
