SECRETS SERVED: Chocolate Ganache

Chocolate Ganache

24 oz. dark chocolate chips
10 oz. heavy cream
1 ½ oz. butter
1 cup peanuts, chopped

Heat heavy cream to a low boil. Mix dark chocolate chips into warm cream. Mix until mixture is smooth and has a fluid consistency. Mix in butter until melted. Stir in chopped peanuts.

Spread chocolate and peanuts onto a baking sheet, covered with parchment paper. Let harden. Cut into pieces. Finish by dipping each square in melted chocolate.
