Des Moines police are asking for the public’s help in identifying three women accused of using stolen checks.

In February, police received a call from a 2620 Grandview Avenue on the report of a robbery. The homeowners say three people entered the home, tied them up, and took several items including a wallet and a check book.

Recently a surveillance camera in an Ankeny Kohl’s store captured photos of three women using the checks from those victims. A vehicle the women left the store parking lot in was also caught by surveillance video.

Anyone with information about the case is asked to call Polk County Crime Stoppers at 223-1400.
