The Des Moines Blaze are entering their 4th season in the Midwest Football Alliance as the team to beat, again.

Its minor league, semi-pro football where no one gets paid, but the Blaze are good and they play hard.

They wrapped up pre-season practice this week and get the 2013 campaign underway Saturday in St. Paul.

The Blaze are the 2-time defending MFA champs, and have been in the title game all 3 years of existence.

The target is squarely on them, they are the team everyone wants to beat.
