The next presidential election is still three-and-a-half years away but it’s never too early to take the pulse of Iowa voters.

Quinnipiac University, CT released a poll that pits four early frontrunners against each other, Friday.

Democrats Hillary Clinton and Vice President Joe Biden were considered against republican senators Marco Rubio and Rand Paul.

According to the poll, Iowans favor Clinton over both Rubio and Paul. The former Secretary of State got up to 48% of the votes.

However both republicans would defeat Vice President Biden.

Election Day is more than 41 months away.
