The Principal Charity Classic will tee off on Friday.
Crews at the Wakonda Club are preparing the course for it’s debut as the Classic’s new home. The weather hasn’t been the most ideal, but they say the course is ready. A little wind blew a tree over Monday morning, luckily there was no significant damage.
Three-time winner Jay Haas likes the move to Wakonda and he’s ready to defend his title. And it helps that Haas is playing some good golf, he finished 2nd last weekend at the senior PGA championship.
