Iowa State University says it’s ready if flood waters inundate the campus.

Crews have installed flood gates at Maple-Willow-Larch residence halls and Hilton Coliseum.

Flood water rushed into Hilton Coliseum in 2010. The damage to the campus during the flood added up to over $40-million.

Authorities also put barricades along roads in key locations where flooding might occur.
