Tonight will see the north winds start to slow down a bit as clear skies remain in place. Temperatures will again be on the cool side through the overnight, but Monday will bring warmer weather.
South winds will help temperatures bounce back into the 70s in Southern Iowa, and upper 60s north. The south wind will also bring some moisture back to the state and set up a chance for thunderstorms late into the overnight and Tuesday morning.
Storms on Tuesday could possibly bring some locally heavy rain, so continue to watch for the latest flooding statements and warnings.
