The Animal Rescue League is hoping to get some help from cat lovers in Iowa.

On Monday, the ARL rescued more than fifty cats seized from a hoarder in southeast Iowa.  They say in just one day they took in about 100 felines.

They are now asking for help in a few different ways. One way to help is by adopting an animal at the discounted rate of $25. A second way is to foster some of the animals. If you can’t bring the cats into your home, the third way to help is to donate money or food, especially kitten food.

More information on the cats and help options is available on the ARL website.
