David Flores will be back in court Friday in Des Moines after his bail was revoked and he returned to jail last week.
Flores was convicted of first degree murder in the shooting death of Phyllis Davis in 1996.
However, that conviction was thrown out in 2009 when new evidence was uncovered.
Flores had been out of jail for more than a year living with his family in Des Moines.
Last Thursday, the company that posted his bond revoked it and Flores was sent back to jail.
His bond is currently set at $500,000 cash-only pending this hearing Friday afternoon.
